Here we are at the Fox house for an early Christmas before I am off to Washington, DC. I found some special goodies, nothing useful of course, I am the best giver of useless stuff you will ever meet.
Maureen just completed her goal of running her first marathon. She has been training enthusiastically for months. We are so proud of her efforts. The neatest thing was that Christian came up and surprised her by running the last half of the race with her. Isn't that the most romantic thing you ever heard?
The family watched my mother reading The Best Christmas Pagent Ever. She was a professional reader for years. A story my mother could never read without laughing uncontrolably, hardly professional but understandable if you have read the story. Muff and our cousin Margaret decided to video this phenomena and the result is a family treasure. Muff and I laughed til the tears ran down our cheeks. The boys were good enough to stay through the entire thing.
Way to go Maureen! Kudos to Christian for being such a great supporter. I have to laugh that Maureen is not only looking at my XMas card but also has the Nani book in her lap! I'm still waiting for a good deal on the other two.
