My time in Washington D.C. was magical. Look at my beautiful girls. Maggie is on the right. She is Evalyn's daughter who is in the center. Laura Gunn is on the left. She's the daughter who designs fabric.
And then there is me and I often wonder why my daughters never got their full height. We are at the Ford Theater to see A Christmas Carol. It was a marvelous adaptation with lots of traditional carols. The cast was charming and the ghosts haunting and we were all changed in the end.
Ross and Wendy made it down to Washington from Morristown, New Jersey. Ross is sporting a beard which I love. It reminds me of his father.
Her Aunt Wendy, our family Diva, is a treasure and attracts every child with her magic. She and Ross went back to New Jersey after a day and a night, to make music and teach little ones.
Laura's festive mantel is entirely of her making, except for the stockings which are my contribution.
Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree, you remind me of a Bailey tradition. We love exuberant, trashy trees.
Pretty in pink is our Aunt Sharon.
Those were wonderful pictures with reminders of special moments together. I was glad to see everyone except Ross and Sharon. Next time! It was great spending time with you - a rare treat!
