Scrap: Once More With Feeling

I can't help it.....I LOVE THIS PLACE!  The most enthusiastic gatherer at scrap was Jinny.  She has enough cub scout and child craft running through her vains to see the potential.  Sally turned up her nose.  But I found that orange package I did the page with and was off like a herd of turtles.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I thought this was so much fun.  Look what was done with all those pencils.  I might have to do a smaller one but then what will I do with it.  Ah.  I shall give it away...or hold on to it and then give it away... or I could leave it to my children to give away.  Well that's the problem isn't it?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 There is a gallery at Scrap and that I love.  Here's a piece set on diagonal.  The room is small so this isn't the entite piece but a detail.  I would be happy with a yard full of installations like this.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Then we have what i see as a ballerina of wire and tape.  It makes me smile.  The intimacy and approachability of art like this makes me feel like joining in.

The pencil frame is a GREAT idea! I can't wait to see you coming up with your own creation. I very much like the last journaling pages you showed. I can see why you like this store!
