I have just come back from a lovely trip to the Bay Area and visiting with some very special friends. While there, I had a chance to do some journaling. I have found that it doesn't matter what you write on....JUST Write! I use all kinds of books as journals. Some past favorites have been bank ledgers, dictionaries, encyclopedias, and music books such as the above. You can alway paint over the original writing with gessel or paints. You can paste pieces of paper, cloth, postcards, whatever.
Be experimental. Have fun and begin.........NOW!
I'm back journaling in the book I started years ago with you. Today I painted three pages (actually 6)! Couldn't have done it without your encouragement over the years! Thanks for being a great mentor! I really learned a lot about art from you!
