For months Hazel has been looking sad. I left her home, slightly unhinged, her pants sagging with a dead looking cat around her neck. Finally my trip to Kallispel Montana and The Quilt Gallery loomed large and I took her on. I remade some joints under her arms, inserted new elastic in her pants, cut loose the cat, quilted her hat and made a fabulous purple coat to replace the silk number she had worn to threads.
She is vastly improved. How ever during our informal photo shoot she decided she had had enough of my poking and proding, and made her escape. Can't say that I blame her. epb
Wow! You have been busy. I love your journaling - I still haven't tried it. I can't even figure out how to start and I'm probably thinking too much. I finished Chicken Shaman last week. I cut it out 5 years ago! It turned out very cool. I hope things are good with you.

Hazel's looking pretty spiffy. That's probably what gave her the courage to go AWOL. Love the purple coat with the dazzling fringe and patchwork. She should be very grateful.

She looks much happier. Nobody likes saggy pants.
