So, my good friend Jenn over at shabbymissjenn's was so inspired by these wonderful pincushions that I learned to make when I was a kid...she came over and whipped one up...yes, in about 15 minutes from start to finish, this is what she came up with!!
Isn't it great!! she used some scraps from Jennifer Paganelli's fabric the Bell Bottoms line and Tina Givens fabric ZAZU and some trims, buttons, and embellishments she found here!! Yes...we have all the stuff you need to whip this puppy up, right in our store!! (oops did I slip....Yes, we are actually opening up a real~ brick and mortar shoppe!! ok...not ready to go into details yet, as it is my birthday weekend and Roger has lots of things up his sleeve for the birthday girl....which he has informed me DO NOT include a computer or moving boxes of bolts of fabric, down the street!!!!) So in honor of this tidbit of news and my Birthday, Jenn has made an unbirthday (that is what my mom called our birthdays, when she forgot to celebrate it on our actual day...) gift for someone lucky out there....reading this blog....yes, you have to leave a comment to be entered (some ideas for the name of the shoppe would be great....yes we do start moving this week and can't seem to settle on a name...I think naming my kids was an easier life decision)!! AND, yes the lucky winner will open a box from the mail delivery person, and inside will be THIS pincushion!!! Thanks Jenn, p.s....jenn also did the graphics for my blog...ok, put it all together for me....and if you want to spruce up your blog, go check out her new designs....

Beautiful!!! Sorry, I can't think of any names for you...that's a tricky task! Good Luck and Happy Birthday!

Happy B-day and congrats on the store!
I would totally name the new store "Sew What!" because I'm silly like that and love goofy puns and whatnot.
Best wishes--love SMJ's pin-cushion by the way--you ladies are so creative!

I LOVE your stuff. I just realized how much I miss fabric and trim and making things NOT on a computer. Good Luck!
